In Missoula, people don’t just love their river. They’re passionate about treating it right. That’s why every April, hundreds and hundreds of volunteers come together for the Clark Fork Coalition’s Annual River Cleanup — one of Missoula’s most popular volunteer events. In 2014, close to 1,000 volunteers removed over 5 tons of trash from 15 miles of riverbank — a record turnout for the river.
It’s easy for you, your group, or your business to get involved every year. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to volunteer, form a team, or sign up as a sponsor. And take advantage of high-impact photo opportunities at the event to showcase your support for clean water on this special spring day.
