Join us to take care of the river we love.
In Missoula, people don’t just love their river. They’re passionate about treating it right. That’s why every April, hundreds of volunteers come together for the Clark Fork Coalition’s Annual River Cleanup — one of Missoula’s most popular volunteer events.
The 2016 Cleanup was on Saturday, April 30th and once again we’re blown away by the community support! Nearly 700 volunteers cleaned up 4,000 lbs of trash and 651 lbs of recyclables from 15 miles of the river. Thank you volunteers!
We couldn’t have done it without our amazing sponsors. These business contributed in many different ways to the success of the Cleanup. Their support helped with supplies, food, prizes, and coupons for 700 volunteers, as well as recycling and garbage hauling for all of the trash removed from the river.
Businesses interested in sponsoring the 2017 Cleanup can find out more here. As you know, sponsoring the Clark Fork River Cleanup provides fantastic marketing benefits, but the intangible rewards are just as great.
