We’re kicking off the start of our TrashLine season with a cleanup of local river access site Sha-Ron in East Missoula. The site gets a lot of use…and, unfortunately, a lot of abuse. But, we’re going to start the season right by removing trash from this heavily used spot. Meet at Sha-Ron at 3pm–we’ll provide trash pick-up stuff and clean for about an hour. At 4pm we’ll do a float (BYOF-Bring Your Own Float) down to the Higgins Bridge, CFC will provide a shuttle back to Sha-Ron for car pick-up. This will be a flow dependent float–always be safe on the river! If it’s still too high we’ll save the float for another day.
