Joe Griffin

Geologist Joe Griffin spent the last 30+ years evaluating the upper Clark Fork Superfund complex, as a consultant to Atlantic Richfield, a project manager for Montana DEQ and after retiring in 2015, a volunteer board member of Butte’s Citizens Technical Environmental Committee and the Clark Fork River Technical Assistance Committee.  As an affiliated faculty member of Montana Technological University, he works with Dr. Robert Pal’s Restoration Ecology Program and Dr. Raja Nagisetty’s Environmental Engineering students to help bring an applied approach to understanding Clark Fork Basin Superfund science.
