Vulnerable Wildlife

Many species of fish, birds, and other wildlife are vulnerable to alterations to stream channels, low flows, pollution, changing climate, the increasing human population, and urban development.

Recognizing the vulnerabilities of these various species and working toward a healthy, resilient system that helps them thrive is part of the work we do. By improving the conditions for threatened bull trout or vulnerable species like beaver, we increase the overall health of the watershed and benefit all of the people and creatures who live here.
